Essential Resource Support
Nonprofit organizations, civic organizations, and Christian churches may apply for a Community Resource Partnership (CRP).
As a partner, subject to approval and availability, HCDBM can help supplement the basic resources you need to provide your organization’s essential services. The resources may include food, clothing, and diapers (other special resources may be requested). HCDBM does not charge a fee for product, which allows our partners to help stretch their budgets and thus enables them to increase their ability to serve thousands.

Become a Partner
Step One
STEP 1: APPLICATION
Complete the product partnership agreement. You will be contacted by an HCDBM representative who will be reviewing applications for approval.
Step Two
STEP 2: APPROVAL
Once the partnership has been approved, you will receive an email with a link to request product along with the latest availability list.
We can offer all types of products, including food, diapers, paper goods, & clothing. We do not charge a fee. Donations are welcomed.
Product requests will be filled based on availability and are not guaranteed.
Standard pick-ups fall on Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:00 PM- 3:00 PM. Complete the product request form with your desired pick-up day at least 1 week in advance.
By accepting the product, you agree to take responsibility for all products we provide you, including ensuring safe handling practices. You also agree not to charge for any of these items and to not give any product to another 3rd party organization or ship it internationally.
